The NHS system killed Christine

After leaving grand-daughter’s Chelsie’s home Thursday 16th May 2024 I called at KFC, Odsal, Bradford for me a takeaway meal and McDonalds, Brighouse for a takeaway Burger for Christine. At home later that evening Christine ate the burger but spat out some of it as it tasted horrible. She left all it.
Next morning she felt ill. sick, diarrhoea, can’t drink fluids. oesophagus inflamed. All weekend and first part of week still ill. Said to her you may have food poisoning and should see a doctor. No she said, it’s just an upset stomach. Wednesday came and she was still feeling upset, I insisted she should see a doctor. So I used the Patchs system overnight. At 8.30am I received a call from the doctors surgery and an appointment was made for with doctors on Thursday 23rd May at 11.30am.
At the appointment she was seen by Heath Practitioner John. I was present at the examination along with a student doctor. John, took Christines blood pressure and temperature and examined her stomach.
John said Christine was extremely dehydrated. Must drink water. Prescribed Lansoprazole 30mg tablets.
Christine still very poorly on Friday and Saturday, Drinking lots of water and taking tablets.
On Saturday afternoon no better so I called an ambulance. I was told at least forty minutes wait for ambulance to arrive. Christine passed out and I gave heart massage. Ambulance arrived and tried their best but could not revive her and pronounced her dead.
Autopsy held which said death was due to bronchopneumonia.
